2. What data is processed

a) Data stored only on your device The game saves your settings (language, sound, graphics quality, controls, theme), coins, owned cars, best score and fuel level in the app's local storage on your device. This data is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

b) Google Play Games Services (optional, when signed in) If you sign in to Google Play Games, Google provides us with your Play Games player ID and display name. Your best score is submitted to the Streeter leaderboard and your achievements are recorded. Your game progress (coins, owned cars, best score) is saved to your Google account through Play Games "Saved Games", so you can restore it on another device. This data is stored by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can sign out at any time in the Play Games app.

c) Google Sign-In (optional) If you choose "Sign in with Google", the app receives your name, email address and profile picture from Google. It uses them only to show your profile inside the game. They are kept on your device.

d) Advertising — Google AdMob (Android app only) The app shows optional rewarded video ads, which you choose to watch to refill fuel or switch cars. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process:

Google uses this data to deliver, measure and, where you consent, personalise ads, and to prevent fraud. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and where otherwise required, the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad data is processed. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy & ad choices in the game, or by resetting your advertising ID in Android settings. Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited provides AdMob, Play Games Services and Google Sign-In. Google may transfer data outside the EU under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Age requirement and minors

Streeter is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are between 13 and the age of digital consent in your country (up to 16 in some EU countries, including Germany), you may use the app only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where the law requires it.

We do not ask users for their age. Ad personalisation and consent choices follow Google's rules for AdMob, which include protections for users that Google knows to be minors. Parents and guardians can use the privacy options in Settings or Android's advertising-ID controls to limit ad personalisation.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, contact a@chbn.click and we will delete it.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

This policy and any dispute arising from or relating to the app or to this policy are governed by the generally recognised principles of international law. Any such dispute shall be finally settled by international arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with those Rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award is final and binding on the parties. Disputes shall not be submitted to the national courts of Germany or of any other state.

This clause does not limit any mandatory right that a user has under the consumer-protection or data-protection law of their country of residence. That includes the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.

ب) خدمات ألعاب Google Play (اختيارية، عند تسجيل الدخول) عند تسجيل الدخول إلى ألعاب Google Play، تزوّدنا Google بمعرّف اللاعب واسمه الظاهر. تُرسل أعلى نتيجة لك إلى لوحة صدارة ستريتر، وتُسجَّل إنجازاتك. يُحفظ تقدّمك في اللعبة (العملات، السيارات، أعلى نتيجة) في حسابك على Google عبر ميزة "الألعاب المحفوظة"، لتتمكن من استعادته على جهاز آخر. تحتفظ Google بهذه البيانات وفق سياسة خصوصية Google، ويمكنك تسجيل الخروج في أي وقت من تطبيق ألعاب Play.

ج) تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google (اختياري) إذا اخترت "تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google"، يستلم التطبيق اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورة ملفك الشخصي من Google. تُستخدم فقط لعرض ملفك الشخصي داخل اللعبة، وتُحفظ على جهازك.

د) الإعلانات عبر Google AdMob (تطبيق أندرويد فقط) يعرض التطبيق إعلانات فيديو بمكافأة، وتشاهدها باختيارك لتعبئة البنزين أو تبديل السيارة. تقدّم الإعلانات شركة Google AdMob، وقد تجمع وتعالج:

7. الحد الأدنى للعمر والقاصرون

ستريتر مخصّصة للمستخدمين بعمر 13 سنة فأكثر. وهي غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من أطفال دون 13 عاماً. وإذا كان عمرك بين 13 وسنّ الموافقة الرقمية في بلدك (يصل إلى 16 عاماً في بعض دول الاتحاد الأوروبي، ومنها ألمانيا)، فلا يجوز لك استخدام التطبيق إلا بإذن أحد والديك أو وليّ أمرك حيث يشترط القانون ذلك.

لا نسأل المستخدمين عن أعمارهم. وتخضع خيارات تخصيص الإعلانات والموافقة لقواعد Google AdMob، ومنها حماية المستخدمين الذين تعرف Google أنهم قاصرون. ويمكن للوالدين وأولياء الأمور استخدام خيارات الخصوصية في الإعدادات، أو أدوات التحكم بمعرّف الإعلانات في أندرويد، للحدّ من تخصيص الإعلانات.

8. القانون الواجب التطبيق وحل النزاعات

تخضع هذه السياسة، وأي نزاع ينشأ عن التطبيق أو عن هذه السياسة أو يتعلق بهما، لمبادئ القانون الدولي المعترف بها عموماً. ويُسوّى أي نزاع من هذا النوع نهائياً عن طريق التحكيم الدولي وفق قواعد التحكيم لغرفة التجارة الدولية (ICC)، بواسطة محكّم واحد أو أكثر يُعيَّنون وفقاً لتلك القواعد، وتكون لغة التحكيم الإنجليزية، ويكون حكم التحكيم نهائياً وملزماً للطرفين. لا تُعرض النزاعات على المحاكم الوطنية الألمانية أو المحاكم الوطنية لأي دولة أخرى.

لا يقيّد هذا البند أي حق إلزامي يتمتع به المستخدم بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك أو حماية البيانات في بلد إقامته، بما في ذلك حق تقديم شكوى إلى جهة رقابية لحماية البيانات.
